STANDTONIC – Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

All products sold by STANDTONIC are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or material faults that affect the normal use of the product.


2. What Is Covered

The warranty applies to defects such as:

  • Broken or faulty hinges, clips, or joints under normal use

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Structural failure of the frame that prevents normal operation

If a defect covered by the warranty occurs, STANDTONIC will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item with an identical or equivalent product at no cost to the customer.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor scuffs, cosmetic damage)

  • Unauthorized modification or repair

  • Damage caused by liquid exposure, excessive force, or heat

  • Loss or theft of the product


4. Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product is defective under warranty:

  1. Contact us at standtonic@outlook.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Include photos or videos of the defect (if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.

If the warranty claim is approved, we will:

  • Send you a replacement at no charge, or

  • Arrange a return shipping label if the product must be inspected.


5. Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide:

  • A valid order number, and

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).


6. Shipping Costs

If a replacement is authorized, STANDTONIC covers the shipping cost of the new item.
In cases where the warranty claim is not approved (for example, damage from misuse), return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.


7. Limitation of Liability

STANDTONIC’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products.
